    Upgrade to Latest IPB

    Will it be at all safe to upgrade my forum to the latest IPB version, and install the new arcade with it, by sometime in January 2020. Just curious if the arcade will still be in beta stages.. Ron.

    Error when accessing ACP

    For the last couple of days we've started getting the error below when trying to open our ACP. Is anyone able to suggest how we could resolve this ?     There are 2 posts from weeks ago for which I constantly get this error You do not have permission to view this content. Error code: 2F173/H So because I can never access them they remain forever!? in my "Unread Posts" list. (The main forum page shows all sections with NO Unread Posts). Please, how can I clear them ?

    Apon reading the blurb for the plus subscription, the last sentence makes NO sense "Do not choose this package if you were NOT a previous VIP member on 3 dogs arcade.". Legion, could you please clarify?

    Hi Hope this is ok to put here? It's just a collection of emotes (352) some old classic ones. I have split them up into 4 folders i.e. Classic, Halloween, xmas and animals. I replaced the ones in the chatbox+ for these as the original ones were too many and caused a lag. Enjoy emotes.tar

    Log-in deception

    I have gotten locked (a couple of times) out trying to log-in to the site thanks to my password manager filling in the username with my verified email address. Took me too long to realize I only need enter my username (not email address) and password to get in. What threw me was the log-in form states: "Display Name or Email Address" in the username field. Should this maybe just say "Display Name" or is there a problem with the email address not working as alternative for log-in? ...or am I crazy? (don't answer that one 😉

    Chatbox - sticky settings?

    Am I missing something here? I can resize the Chatbox to show just one latest shout . . . but this setting won't remain. Next time I see the Chatbox it'll be back to its default(?) showing about 5 shouts, so I have to adjust it again (if I wish). Actually is there any way to permanently minimise it, so I don't have to scroll down past it every time I open the Forum page ?

    I was delighted a few weeks back when you added options for users to set their own preferences for format. That's great! But recently I've noticed that Birth Dates in user profiles still show the default format, which can be a little confusing.

    Notifications Not Coming Through

    Members of my arcade forum are complaining about Arcade notifications not getting to them. I thought I had this all set up properly.. I had it set up and the only notification that was working was going to the shout box. Ron.
