My Host Contabo notified me today, they run a malware program called ImunityAV. They have reported that I have 357 games in my arcade containg malware in the game files, 95% are fanfan games.

I have been working the last couple of hours, clicking and ignoring each game one by one.

Anyone else ever have this, and if so what did you do to clear it up.

Agree. a big hug and thank you, for taking your own time to convert or make the games, I'd like to add a few more, Grimm, Masodo, Stangger, Legionaire. 

Invision Community v4.6.10 upgrade took me down and off for a few days.

Not sure why we pay for IPS support, when they really do nothing in the way of helping you.

N ot sure, Ed never said what was the cause, but seem to know exactly what was the cause, because he repaired it in a  few minutes.

The server error was taken care of this morning.

I have notified Eagle and Panda that they can now upload games and also images.

By the way my Host package is self managed, I offered to pay the host support team to find this server configuration error and correct it, I gave them all the information as to what was happening and going on, this was Sunday morning when I asked them it is now Tuesday evening and not a word back from Contabo support.

Was in contact with Whitey this morning, and he corrected this error in less than 10 minutes. So much for Contabo support, they really suck.

Hi folks, my arcade forum has a problem, I am using to much disc space, I have just under 60,000 games.

Can anyone explain to me how I can check for doubles, triples, etc. I have a lot of games that are all the same, just different recoder names, I have to fine all the extras and remove them.

The team game will not progress my score. I can continue the different stages nut it will not progress the score. I am at stage 47 and have had the same score for at least ten stages.

 

This is a game that is played by a team of players, and it has multiple stages.

oak's wife, came up with a good idea, seeing all or most of the arcade forums, have there own challegnes, maybe between all the arcade forums, we could some how set up a battle of the boards (BOTB)

I totally agree with this. I  remember the old arcade forum, and then the person passed away. Then in step our Hero Legionaire, then came the tubesock. 

But anyway I  for both of them.

Thorsten's arcade, yes is very good, doesn't have the same features as we have with Legionaire's arcade.

I just set up a test site using phpBB, Thunder installed his Arcade Pro for us to check out. It is a great arcade, but lacks a lot of the feature we have in ipsProArcade, and is quite costly.

I have asked Chen a few times if he could add more features, but no luck with that.

myBB quite the same, plain arcade but again freeware.

Myself I think phpBB is the way to go. It can be customized quite simply, ext.'s are added very easy  as are the skins and languages. All the ext's and skins and languages are freeware, they do have some paid ext.'s and skins. Just need a cheaper arcade with all the bells and whistles. killbill has an arcade for phpBB, but I don't know anything about it.

myBB is free software, not to many used for arcades like we use. Mostly scripts installed: Arcade Webmasters Forum | TalkArcades - Arcade Showroom (thearcadenetwork.com)

phpBB is a much better setup and much easier to install the mod.'s

I am hanging on right now by the skin of my ass. I go in the hole every month, between IPS, the Modder's, and the VPS server. With the new increase, I just can't afford this any longer. My Renewal is due 02/04/2022 total $205.00 this is USD funds so add another 35 percentage on for exchange.

I think the way things are going, this will be it for me..

I also have a SMF Arcade forum, but this arcade is not built for competitions, no settings to set up game plays.

No - Pages is not need for Arcade. Just Core and forums.

Please may I include phpBB. phpBB has a nice setup and easy to use, but no arcade.
