A man walked into the ladies department and shyly walked up to
the woman behind the counter and said,
'I'd like to buy a bra for my wife. '

' What type of bra?' asked the clerk.

'Type?' inquires the man, 'There's more than one type?'
' Look around,' said the saleslady, as she showed a sea of bras in every shape, size, color and material imaginable.

'Actually, even with all of this variety, there are really only four types of bras to choose from.'

Relieved, the man asked about the types.

The saleslady replied:

'There are the Catholic, Salvation Army, Presbyterian, and the Baptist types.
Which one would you prefer?'

Now totally befuddled, the man asked about the differences between them.

The Saleslady responded, 'It is all really quite simple.'

The Catholic type supports the masses;
The Salvation Army type lifts the fallen;
The Presbyterian type keeps them staunch and upright;
The Baptist type makes mountains out of molehills.

to define bra sizes?

So, I did that, the save took under a minute, and I end up with a 109MB .SQL file on my computer. Does that sound about right?

I'm surprised at the small size - I see that our site normally takes about 25GB (and yours is 30GB) !?

 

Assume/guessing that maybe that huge difference is due just to file compression, then now (before I "trust" it!) how does one go about a Restore of it ?

I guess simply use that same phpMyAdmin and run "IMPORT" on this file ?

 

Is that all there is? If I was to do that next week would that then restore our whole site back to exactly how it was today?

(And can one do this while users are still logged in and using the site?)

I think all your saving is the Database, not the games. You can do a Full Backup, but will take you a very long time to complete it.. We have to find some help with this, because I am basically lost myself. I have reinstated JetApps back into the WHM and cPanels, but again I'm lost at setting this up. I need to find someone with the knowledge for Jet Backups.

Just you and myself doing this, guess no one else is interested in adding to this..

Members of my arcade forum are complaining about Arcade notifications not getting to them. I thought I had this all set up properly..

I had it set up and the only notification that was working was going to the shout box.

I think that you must have automated rules or make some, should not work with arcade, tested before and was a lot of work. Can rekomended Trophys and medals  - trophyies are automated.

When you zip the package there are two files inside, one is the application and one is the rules, but only the application gets installed.

As for rules to be made there is no place in the mod to make them, just the permissions and a place to make each award.

I'll try Trophies and Medals see what it's like..

I installed awards and put trophies in place, but when I attempt to give a award, I end up with errors..

Anyone know how the proper way of installing iAwards is. because I'm wondering if I installed wrong.

Not getting any help from the support program, its all hit and miss.

OK thanks.. I have to do something, getting errors all the time. can't edit any games.

Will it be at all safe to upgrade my forum to the latest IPB version, and install the new arcade with it, by sometime in January 2020.

Just curious if the arcade will still be in beta stages..

Any chance of getting a better looking skin on here.. IPS has no class with there plain ole blue and white, it's hard on the eyes..

I am with tubsock on this one.. I never did figure the Flash Games would just stop playing, there is always something or someone out there to revise a way..
