  1. A report has been filed for Back To Santaland Episode 2, please ensure that you provide as much data as possible to help us in resolving the issue for which you are reporting this game.

    Issue Reported:

    Does Not Submit.

(And hard to test because you must go to about Level 4 before it's reasonably easy to LOSE a level.  LOL)

When I get to "You Lose" after failing a level I get a standard black message at top of screen: "New Personal High Score, Showing High Scores", but then in fact I find that no score has been submitted for me.  :(

I've had the same happen twice now - once here right now, but also on DA after installing/playing the game there.

    Duplicate ??

I see that in "Redone Games" there is a "Twizzle 2", which looks to be the same game as this one.

(It seems that the Redone category does not allow users to Report Game there.)

Can you explain which Twizzle is the latest/best one ? (And what does Redone mean - is this for updated Zygomatic games, or something else ?)

  4. Sorry LG but I'm quite confused as to where we're at with the conversion of these games.

On Feb 21 you gave a list of 513 of them, saying that they had been deleted from this site. Then later you said you'd let us know when/where redone versions of them would be available. I've seen nothing to this effect since, so I assume(?) that as yet no redone versions are available as yet ??

BUT I take the first one on the list as an example - 1000 Blocks. I see that you DO have a copy of this available, and I think it was installed (along with a whole heap of others) on 24 Feb. But is it still the "old" one, OR a redone version ?

I've played it, and see no difference to the "old" one we've had on our site for months. I'd have thought that if it IS "redone" then I should see some obvious branding for zygomatic on it.

So - should we still be waiting - or have I perhaps missed something somewhere ?

    Issue Reported:

Game works fine EXCEPT if you finish all 4 levels it says "Congrats, Play Again" but gives no way to Submit.

(But if you let your time run out then it does submit ok.)

Browser: Firefox Version: 68.9 Platform: Windows

  6. Aha! It seems that maybe it works fine in FullScreen mode (FF) but NOT in normal screen.

Also, it would help if the Game Description could show in English:

    Quote

Your task should be clear: try to find the objects in the hidden objects so that you can unlock the next level. Click on the small blue round Facebook button in the top right to transfer your highscore.

  7. Thank you for the long answer, LG. Sorry but I just HAD to ask, and now I will stop wasting energy considering that option.

As for the specific game, I'm puzzled when you say the submit code is now fixed, because the .TAR file details still show exactly same as before.

    ( File Size: 11.52 MB - Install Date: 2019/11/02 09:12 )

Can you have fixed it without a new install date appearing there ?

Anyway, I redownloaded and reinstalled on DA, cleared browser data, and today it DOESN'T give the "does not exist" thing - but - it DOES seem to submit a score... but that score is always zero!?!

I then tried it on HERE, and again it turned my score of 1000 into zero!

I'd be happy to delete this game anyway - it's one of those rather silly/sad versions where you CAN play all the levels, but even when it used to work it would only Submit your score for the latest ONE LEVEL played, never a proper cumulative score.

    Issue Reported:

Plays and Submits fine - but - when I try to download I get:-

    Sorry, there is a problem

Something went wrong. Please try again.

    Error code: EX0

    Issue Reported:

Another one that gives "... does not exist." after clicking Submit (on our site, not on here).

That's after downloading/installing afresh today, and clearing all my browser data. Same thing in FF and in Chrome.

Actually I wonder with all of these that we are finding would it be feasible to change our site's directory structure to the apparently more common way (using root directory instead of public_html!?), so as to avoid this ongoing problem in future?

BTW, do you know of any other sites with the same structure as DA has ?

  10. A report has been filed for Fruit Pop Level 20, please ensure that you provide as much data as possible to help us in resolving the issue for which you are reporting this game.

    Issue Reported:

The page you requested does not exist

    Error code: 1S160/2

This happens when I install it on my site, clear all my browser data, play, then SUBMIT - though it plays/submits fine on here.

The same applies to Fruit Pop Level 03, which is the only other of these that I've tried, so I'd GUESS that probably all 19 of them have the same problem.

    Issue Reported:

This game works fine on here (though annoying that it closes after every level!) - but I installed it today onto my DA site and it simply won't load.  :(

In FF it gets to about 90% then stops - I've waited for 10 minutes - zilch!

(I have a screenshot, but can't see how to include it here in a game report!?)

Ditto when I try in Opera, Chrome, or PaleMoon - then in IE or Safari it doesn't even get past white screen saying "Loading...".

    Still on my list 🙂

(That was for a selective individual clearing of notifs.)

I hope it may be getting closer.

I cleared all my notifs on DA 17 days ago, and since then I've had 23 for PMs (but I plan to stop those coming) and 72 for HOF scores beaten. As I go through checking these it's quite annoying to keep having to remember where I was up to.
