Ronald, I believe that this is fixed on your site now, is that correct ?

There were some old table columns that were left in the database when Ronald's site was upgraded from 3.4.x to 4.x but only recently showed up as a problem with creating groups, so if you updated from 3.4.x you may want to see if you can still create new groups (you may or may not run into this problem)

Yes it has been corrected, thanks to Legionaire and tubesock. I have no clue on how to do this type of work.

  2. When attempting to create a new Group, I go through the entire procedure, and at the final I get a error.

    See error message below.

I was going to purchase Commerce, but if I can't add new Groups, makes no sense to add the program.

I did contact IPS support and they came in and gad a look. See there answer below.

    Hello,
The column "arcade_view" it mentions there is not a column of ours. This is either related to an application you have installed now, or an application you have previously had installed. You would need to contact the author of that item for assistance with this. If its an item long since removed and isnt being readded (I suspect IBPROArcade) then you can actually manually remove that column from the table. Just ensure you make a good full backup first of all.

When your in the cPanel in phpMyAdmin. Look for core_groups, this is what is causing the error message.

I have noticed as I make my way around the internet just how many people are helping others try and keep the flash games going, both with AS3 and just the standard flash games. It is good to see that much help to others, I tip my hat to all who have been or try to be instrumental in this task

    Love it, called "Sharing"

Will leave this one open in case someone want's to try and fix this for you. I am really not in the market for fixing ALL themes that have display problems, on this one it would take some work to correct the issues for it, might be easier to go back to the creator and ask them what needs to be done to correct the theme

    OK Thank you.

IF you have a browser that you have made the edits to, to allow the playing of AS3 games, you can use one of the following themes

    • Cambridge
    • Here Comes Santa
    • Nexxa
    • Simplicity Red

IF you are using a browser that has not been modified and relying on ruffle to allow you to play FLASH games (NOT AS3), then you can use any one of the other available themes

What edits are you referring to? I just use Edge to play the games

  6. Here is what I did. Cpanel open public_html located images, added a folder called banners, uploaded my banner images to banners.

Came back to forum, opened Affiliates to edit put this link code in: In fact tried different codes. Nothing works.

  7. Can anyone supply me with some information on ? I want to stop using Image Hosting services, free and paid.

Now can I store my images like Affiliate Banners in a folder called, example: banners, in the images. Then hotlink them back to the forum.

Has anyone ever done this. I have been doing this on a SMF forum I have, and it is working out good.

    Thanks

    Ron.
