Duplicates will no longer stop the install process if installing multiple games.  It will leave a message in the Install Center and continue on uninterrupted.

I just confirmed the duplicate game install detects some games installed and delete them after making the entry in the log.  I reuploaded the same games a second time and they installed.  I then ran a batch of games to be installed and checked the games marked as duplicate and they do not exist anywhere in the arcade.
