Ok now I understand what you were seeing. There is a new game row layout which takes all of the items you were looking for and puts them into the game info. I am pretty sure, correct me if I am wrong, that what you were seeing was this (which is currently the default setting If you hover your mouse over the game icon, you will see all the information you were looking for

AND what game row layout are you using ?

Yes there was a recent update on here and had to run the clear cache to clear that theme, should be good now

Please keep in mind that arcade support is offered here on this site. We do not have time to go from site to site to find out if there are any problems associated with the arcade. We will give support when we can, but only if we know about it. Upgrades from 3.4 to IPS 4 are a real challenge on some sites, this is a lot of work on tubes part to get the site ready for not only IPS 4 but for the arcade as well. If your site has to be upgraded from 3.4 to IPS 4 and you are requesting that we perform that for you, there will be a charge If you already have IPS 4 installed and just need help installing the arcade, we can also help with that and with minimal work involve in performing that upgrade, right now, that service we can do and will cost nothing, we will see what happens in the future as this may or may not change

Nothing I can do about the back to top issue. for that you will have to report it to ibtheme

You have an old theme, I know that Pete at ibtheme just did some change work on this theme

Working fine for me on your site with FF, although your theme does not have all the fixes in it

I do not see those white lines on any of the themes using FF or Chrome and also with me test account they are not there

Yeah I found an error in the globalTemplate and passed it on to Pete, he just put the fix in not long ago, it should be working correctly on here also
