Question about Anti-Shadowing

I'm curious about this part....

" If you take more than 5 games from any member in a 5 hour period you can be banned from playing in the arcade for a time period designated by the site Administrator"

Let's say I start at 9 pm and take 2 high scores coincidentally from someone and quit for awhile at say 11 pm.  So does the timeframe extend to 2 am and start over automatically?  Or does the "5 scores from the same player" always begin with the LAST score taken?

Does that make sense?

Or, does that mean 5 scores in any 5 hour period at all?

Blue and I play a few of the same games, and she has a LOT of the high scores in that portion of the arcade.  Not to mention, we go back and forth on some of those games, and I don't want to break any more rules and get put in jail again lol.
