Where can I find the location of the names of the members who have been hunted by the hunter.

 

Otherwise, I had a member who got the warning he took 5 games, from who? is what I am looking for.

You should have received a PM that should show that information

The PM should look something like this

Not sure if you are aware of this or not, but you will be now.

 

You have taken 5 high scores from the same player within 5 hours.

 

It is not tolerated on this Arcade and may receive further punishment, in this case, you will be Banned from the Arcade temporarily or permanently at the Administrator's discretion.

 

Further punishment may be an option.

Problem is my message only had the Hunter's name. He said he took 5 games

They may not have been 5 games from the same person if you did not get a PM

My notice said he took 5 high scores from so and so. Only one member, so maybe I am looking for the 5 high scores?

No way to tell which 5 game high scores were taken

So here is MY question on this:

 

I was banned for 12 hours this morning for the same thing, and basically I guess I was just not paying attention to who had what high score, was just playing games in a section of games on here and apparently the same person owned a lot of high scores there lol.

 

Question is:  Could we possibly have a warning maybe, like when someone beats 4 of those 5 high scores within a 5 hour period?  Get a message telling you to be careful, something like that, etc. That way one could avoid being banned, especially if they were like me and weren't really aware they were on track to BE banned in the first place?  I'm sure this happens unintentionally more than we know.

By the way, is it 5 high scores in a 5 hour period?  Or is it a combination of 5 high scores and/or all time high scores?  I guess to clarify this, does it only count the current session high scores, or do all time high scores also figure into that total of 5 scores in a 5 hour period?

HOF and New Game scores are not part of the 5 hour high score hunting restriction.  Only those games that have a current "high score" minus HOF and New Games

Well, now I am definitely in favor of a warning before one gets banned for beating someone's 5 scores in a 5 hour period.  I still like my "warning message possibly being sent to a player after 4 scores are beaten" idea that I brought up a while back.  I'm not 1000% positive, but I thought I only beat 4 scores from this person (I was trying to keep track lol).  For the record, I didn't do this intentionally but you know how it is.  Sometimes a certain person has a LOT of the scores in a section of games and you kind of lose track I guess.

I'm definitely not trying to make more work for anyone.  I'm not familiar enough with the programming and whatnot y'all do nowadays to even begin to know if it's an easy fix or a difficult one lol.  Back in my day, I was programming with BASIC or BASICA.  That was only about 40 or so years ago.   Lots has changed since then!

 

I get withdrawals when the arcade isn't an option for whatever reason.  It's become my nightly ritual to spend the after midnight hours on here.  If the site is down or I get myself banned, I literally will sit here and think "Great!  JUST GREAT!!  NOW what am I going to do the rest of the night...?"
