Here the game Stock Car Hero submit well. I've installed the game at PGA and it doesn't submit. Please can anyone explain me why it works here and not at PGA?

That game is encoded and I cannot see the submit code sorry, will have to wait for the converter to check

The only PGA I know is Professional Golf Assoc. 

 

Can you post a link to PGA so I can take a look?
