I'm forever having to keep giving Chrome permissions with every forum, every day the right to use flash to play any games. 

 

Is there an easier way with Chrome so it remembers my settings for flash every time I want to play some games?

    Unfortunately not, google has made it very clear that they will phase out the use of flash by the end of this year, so they are not making it easy for those who still use flash hoever, you can try the browser Pale Moon as they plan to keep support for flash beyond the 2020 cutoff and you do not have to always give it permission to use the flash player once you have made the selection to do so
