I can't understand your problem, elda.

Here's the main menu page that I see - showing clearly "Play" and "Submit" buttons, both of which seem to work just fine. Can you offer more detail ?

This is what I got.  But I just found out that when I click on the language (below left side), I get the same  view you get.
