If I install the arcade, no one will be able to access it.

Huh?

I just tried a fresh install with Apache/Nginx and could not reproduce the link issue you were having.  But anyway, what are you speaking about exactly?

If you click on Arcade in the menu, it takes you to a page that lists the games not the arcade main page. Same thing happens if you click on the arcade link in breadcrumbs
